Returns

We hope you love your Pogn sweater. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
