My name is James Jin Jung, and together with my sister, we are second-generation Korean sweater makers. Our story began with our mother in the early 1980s, who founded a sweater factory in South Korea. Over four decades, our family has built extensive expertise in every stage of sweater production. Today, we manufacture for brands such as Sisley, Benetton, and Renoma in South Korea.
This year, we launched Pogn (/poh-guhn/), which means ‘warmth beyond the senses’ in Korean. While our brand is inspired by the bond between mothers and daughters, and meaningful storytelling. We aim to create meaningful partnerships that bring hope, positivity, and peace of mind to those we work with.
At Pogn, we help brands build their sweater lineups with full manufacturing support. We operate our own factories in China, and can manufacture sweaters for every category – women’s, men’s, children’s, baby, and even pet sweaters. From high-end 100% cashmere to blended yarns across price points, we bring your vision to life, scaling from small runs to large production orders.
